Stefan Heilemann is in the Widder Restaurant since June 2020 and has already shown in the first few weeks that his goals have been set very far. In the "Ecco", where he previously worked, Stefan Heilemann was named "Rise of the Year 2020" by Gault Millau and honored with 18 points and was awarded 2 stars by the Michelin Guide.
Mattias Roock has headed the kitchen at Castello del Sole since 2016 and is particularly impressive with his “Sapori del nostro Orto” menu, which is made entirely from products from the Castello garden and own farm Terreni alla Maggia. His restaurant Locanda Barbarossa has been awarded 18 points in the Gault Millau and 1 star in the Michelin Guide.
Stefan Jäckel is the host of this special event - he has been whirling in the Storchen kitchen since 2019. Already in his first year he was honored with 15 points in the La Rôtisserie restaurant and shortly afterwards as Chef of the Month and with 16 points in the Gault Millau.
The three top chefs work hand in hand in the kitchen and prepare a unique menu for you. Each cook prepares two dishes, which combine to form an exclusive 6-course menu.
